Meet our Rochester Dentist

Dr. Brenda has well over a decade of experience in the world of dentistry helping patients achieve their best smiles. Having grown up in Monterrey, Mexico, she knew she wanted to help people while using her hands. That’s why she chose to pursue a career as a dentist, and she’s never looked back! On top of working with an excellent and compassionate dental team, she also loves helping patients and building a strong relationship with everyone who walks through our doors.

Before moving to Rochester, Dr. Brenda studied at the Universidad de Monterrey for her first dental degree. She then worked in Mexico for three years at her family private practice and prosthodontist private practice as an assistant and dentist. After that, she decided to move to the States to undergo her Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Rochester, where she also obtained her Master's in Medical Management from the Simon Business School. Later, she completed her General Practice Residency at her alma mater.

Today, Dr. Brenda regularly seeks continuing education to improve her skills and expertise. She’s also a member of professional organizations like the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association, and she was a past treasurer of Livingston County Dental Society.

At home, Dr. Brenda spends her days with her husband, daughter, and son. Other than hanging out with her family and loved ones, she also enjoys things like cooking, painting, and playing piano and guitar. One interesting thing about her is that she is a polyglot, as she can speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and German!
