Your First Visit
After you’ve called us to set up an appointment, your first lifeline to our practice will be Adriane, our excellent office manager. She will provide you with the forms you’ll need, gather your important information, and personally take care of all of the other early steps that will help you become a patient at Vollo Dental Group. Once you’re actually in our practice, it’ll be time for you to meet one of our four amazing hygienists! Finally, Dr. Katherine Vollo or Dr. Joseph Vollo will arrive to introduce themselves, listen to your reasons for visiting, and start working with you towards the goals you have in mind.
More than anything, we want this first visit to be a relaxed, friendly, and informative experience that new patients can genuinely enjoy. If you leave feeling assured and confident about your smile’s future, then we’ve done our job right.

Dental insurance can be difficult to navigate on your own, which is why our knowledgeable team is always happy to lend a helping hand. Our practice is an in-network provider for plans through Excellus and we also can file claims on your behalf for most other major providers. This means that we’ll handle all the necessary steps and follow up on your behalf, ensuring that your available benefits are as maximized as possible.
